Saints Take Two More on Thursday
In the Saints second game of the day they took on Westminster College (6-1). Westminster entered the game undefeated but were shut down by a masterful pitching performance by Joey Calaguire. Calaguire pitched a two-hitter while striking out nine with zero walks. During one stretch Calaguire was able to set down 18 straight Westminster batters. At the plate, Tom Simonson went 3-5 with two RBIs, while Ryan Bruns, D.J. Lahti, and Jake Eiler added two hits each. The final score from Fort Pierce, Fl was 5-0. With the win the Saints ran their record to (11-2)
