Whitewater Opens NCAA's With A 'W'

The 2005 NCAA Division III Baseball Tournament got underway this morning at 11:00 AM in Whitewater, WI with the #2 seeded University of Wisconsin-Whitewater defeating the #3 seeded University of St. Thomas by the score of 7-4. Whitewater will face the winner of the University 0f Wisconsin-Stevens Point and College of Saint Scholastica which is now underway in Whitewater. St. Thomas will face the loser of the Stevens Point/St. Scholastica game tomorrow.
