Saints Start 2006 Ranked #17 in Nation

The Saint Scholastica Saints Baseball team will start their 2006 campaign on March 2nd in the Metrodome versus Wartburg College as the 17th best team in NCAA Division III according to College Baseball Newspaper's Pre-Season Poll. Wartburg College checked in at #3, the University of St. Thomas is ranked #27. Other regional opponents that checked in on the Pre-Season Poll include the defending NCAA Division III Champion, University of Wisconsin-Whitewater is ranked 18th while the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point is ranked 6th.
